The AI model has to download to your browser before it can process anything - that only happens once. It's cached afterward, so every image after the first, and every future visit, is much faster.
Yes - each image can be up to 20 MB, and you can upload up to 10 images per batch. Larger images are automatically downscaled before processing to keep your browser from running out of memory.
