Running our shop on Impact for three years now and have customised it heavily. A theme is only as good as its support, and that is where Impact stands out: Karla has always helped us quickly and with concrete answers. One wish: manual control over heading tags (H1, H2 and so on) for cleaner SEO structure. Aside from that, a flexible, reliable theme we recommend.
