I'm very happy with the StartUp theme; even the defaults do pretty much everything I need, and the theme has provided me with a fairly easy and intuitive way to learn how to use Shopify as well. So far, the theme has been stable and performant. I have also recently experienced excellent customer support from Pixel Union; my issue was resolved promptly and follow-up questions addressed in detail.

The Startup theme has worked great for our business website botsy.com for many years. The theme is stable and easy to manage. The very important thing is that their customer support- quick, efficient and helpful. It seems their team is overseas. If you have a question, send it even in the evening and an answer comes by the next morning. Sweat.

The team took time to fix some code in my blog. This was much appreciated as this blog post was important to our customers. Very good customer service.

This theme has given my store a much needed refresh and is so much more beautiful and functional than my old theme! it has allowed me to remove a couple of paid apps because the features were built in to Startup. And when i've needed help the support team has been so friendly, helpful and fast to respond - like under an hour! Highly recomend

Amazing theme, amazing support. I used the Startup theme with the 'home' skin. For a small sku store, this theme is phenomenal. I really don't think I will need to hire a developer for ANYTHING in the future. It's so simple to use and has every feature I need for this 'single product' store. I have built many Shopify stores, this theme is perfect. Almost as perfect as their customer support.
