I love it! The theme is excellent and their customer support is outstanding. Specially Bobby's/Damian's performance is something I really appreciate, they attend to my questions or inquiries so fast. Nothing to complain about.

This theme is light years better than the free theme I began working with. The smoothness of the transitions, the options, and the design approach--all make this worth the investment. The theme is brilliant, plenty of scope for customising and to make it your own, and functions great. But the real cherry on the cake is the service... on multiple times I have contacted the team in a mad panic about the theme, for the team to swoop in and save the day, despite the issue not actually being to do with the theme in the end! 11/10 service

Beautifully made theme. I have already bought some themes in the Shopify Theme Store before, but this is the one I love the most. As someone who has scanned through almost all themes here, I can safely say this is one of the best, both visually and feature-wise. The blocks are great for storytelling, and editing the theme is a breeze. No bugs, no problems and I can definitely recommend it.

It's WORLDCLASS customer support. You can always get help - and fairly quick. I've never experienced anything like it. And the theme template is already great value for money with the features included - which is why I chose it in the first place. But the customer service is why I recommend Palo Alto to everyone that are looking for at Shopify template.
