Theme is great, Support helped solve a issue with great service

We really enjoy using the Krank theme for our HVAC business. It is conversion-focused and designed for our large universe of SKUs. It's easy to implement the built-in design functions and they do a good job offering customizable options and features back to the customers. We really haven't needed to apply many additional apps as this theme does a great job offering applicable presets.

I’ve tried quite a few Shopify themes before, but Krank really stands out. The design feels modern and clean, and everything is super intuitive to customize. I didn’t have to fight with the layout at all — it just works. Also, performance is noticeably faster compared to other themes I’ve used. Definitely worth it.
